Breckenridge real estate listings

Currently there are just under 500 properties for sale in the Breckenridge area. Empty lots begin at $50,000 and homes begin at around $150,000. In addition to the historical and skiing aspects of the town, there is ample shopping and all the amenities you’d expect to find in a residential town. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, grocery and medical options for both tourists and residents. For those who occasionally want to get out, Breckenridge also offers the advantage of being about an 80 mile drive to the capital of Colorado.
